THIS ISN'T PLAYING!? PLEASE ADVISE....

I'd probably be able to comment more if there was something here to look at...

is it just myself, or is the audio hard to make out?

There is no video. No sound.

I have tried to access this video for days now, but it still isn't playing...does anyone know where I can find this video anywhere else?
